Bahria Town Phase8 Rawalpindi The spirit of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ was celebrated with religious devotion and enthusiasm at Malik Riaz Mosque in Bahria Town Phase 8, where the mosque was beautifully illuminated with decorative lights on the occasion of 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal.

The special illumination was arranged through the efforts of BTRWA Executive and social worker Owais Siddiqui, continuing a tradition that has been observed for several years. The beautifully decorated mosque presented a festive and spiritually uplifting view, reflecting the community’s reverence and love for the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

In connection with the blessed occasion, a special Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ programme was also organized at the mosque. The programme commenced after the Isha prayer and continued with religious activities and expressions of devotion associated with the blessed month of Rabi-ul-Awwal.

A large number of residents and members of the community participated in the gathering, creating an atmosphere of religious devotion and unity. The programme provided an opportunity for attendees to come together and commemorate the life, teachings and exemplary character of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

The annual decoration of Malik Riaz Mosque has become a notable feature of the 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal celebrations in Bahria Town Phase 8. The illuminated mosque not only adds to the festive atmosphere across the community but also serves as a visible expression of the residents’ spiritual attachment to the blessed occasion.

Speaking through his community efforts, Owais Siddiqui has continued to contribute to activities aimed at bringing residents together on important religious and community occasions. The initiative to illuminate the mosque once again this year reflects the continuation of a tradition that has been carried forward for several years.

The celebrations are expected to continue with religious gatherings and prayers, as residents mark 12 Rabi-ul-Awwal with devotion, peace and respect.
