Nazeer Begum Memorial Hospital is looking for a dedicated and skilled Cook with Waiter duties to manage kitchen operations and food service within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing quality refreshments and fast food items while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare high-quality fast food items along with tea, coffee, and a variety of hot and cold beverages in a timely manner.
Service & Hospitality: Serve food and beverages neatly to hospital staff, patients, or visitors as required.
Hygiene & Sanitation: Strictly adhere to cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety guidelines in the kitchen and serving areas.
Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain inventory of ingredients, keep equipment clean, and ensure kitchen space remains organized.
Time Management & Reliability: Ensure punctual preparation and delivery of orders while demonstrating a strong work ethic and responsibility.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Prior experience in preparing fast food, tea, coffee, and cold drinks.
Strong commitment to hygiene and personal sanitation.
Hardworking, punctual, and highly responsible individual.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
